The young lady that took my information was very understanding and professional. When Reese arrived, at 12:30 AM, he was very personable and professional. He answered all of my questions and fixed the problem a lot more quickly than I thought would happen! Everything went smoothly, and I was pretty shocked for it being that Early in the morning. We, along with our dogs, were so happy to get a good night sleep and the cool air conditioning. I truly appreciate all their efforts, and I will definitely work with this company again.     "The whole experience with Bacon Plumbing was fantastic. I booked my appointment online and with 20 minutes or so I got a call to confirm the appointment. Willy let me know when he was on his way. He was very courteous and explained everything in detail. He explained the membership advantages and gave me a quote for my repair with and without the membership. I chose to add the membership because it includes checkups for several systems. Willy made sure he got my kitchen sink flowing well. My disposal needs to be replaced, so he did it hook it back up. I asked Willy about a product we should use to help remove any residual grease left in the pipes. He explained about the product that they suggest and the cost. He was very knowledgeable and explained things in such a way that it was easy to understand. I will definitely use Bacon Plumbing again and recommend them to my friends and family!"

    "Really impressed with both Reese and Justin Bullard. I had an AC unit that was installed by Willard that had gone down. Both Reese and Justin were able to uncover that the unit was still under a warranty with Trane and the service would be covered by Willard. Instead of hiding that information from me and making a sale, they were very transparent and suggested I call Willard to have the service done since it would be covered. Making a dollar is important, but not as important as your integrity. Well done by these 2."
